We all love the Mariners and Sarah was so excited to get the chance to talk with Malcom Rogel, VP of Fan Experience. Find out more about that cool job and the fun new food offerings this year at T-Mobile Park. Go M’s!
🐔🐔💥 (Chick Chick Boom)
This playful new chicken concept in Right Field is so fresh and fun that words don’t do it justice, which is why T-Mobile Park launched the first all emoji food stand, 🐔🐔💥. Fans will be able to indulge in favorites such as:
🐔🧇 🍟💧(chicken tenders and waffle fries with bottled water) and a T-Mobile Park favorite, 🧄🧇🍟 (garlic waffle fries). A special “Mind Blown Sauce,” created by Sodexo Live!’s Executive Chef Javier Rosa, a Culinary Institute of America-trained chef who hails from Puerto Rico, will also debut on Opening Day.
The Walk-Off Market
Three new Walk-Off Market locations arrive in 2023 at sections 141, 185 and 341, in addition to the flagship location at section 126. T-Mobile Park now has the most walk-out style markets out of any ballpark in the country.
Sections 141 and 126 will feature a wide range of offerings including value menu items and stadium favorites, premium entrees, healthy, local Evergreens salads and wraps, and local partners Just Poke and Din Tai Fung, as well as other snacks and beverages. There will also be a new Ham Swaggerty sandwich available, in honor of utility player and fan favorite Sam Haggerty, featuring smoked cured ham, wild baby arugula, spicy giardiniera, caramelized onions, aged Havarti cheese and dijonaise on rustic bread.
Ballard Pizza
With locations at the T-Mobile ‘Pen and Terrace Club (section 241), Ballard Pizza by locally renowned Chef Ethan Stowell offers a variety of New York-style thin crust pizza that is aged for two days to develop the perfect crispy and foldable crust. New in 2023 is the Cal Raleigh-inspired dish, the “Cal Zone.”
Big League Burger
Sodexo Live! is proud to present the Big League Burger at section 218 and 340’s Big League Burger outpost. Created by T-Mobile Park Executive Chef Javier Rosa, the new Big League Burger features ¼ pound fresh American Wagyu patty, chargrilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, American cheese, and chef’s secret housemade sauce. An Impossible meatless option is also available. The locations will also continue to offer classics like the Mariners Dog, chicken tenders, and garlic and regular fries.
Din Tai Fung
Din Tai Fung will now have two locations in the ballpark – Section 132 and The ‘Pen. Fan favorites including the pork and veggie bao buns, chicken fried rice and spicy chicken wonton soup will still be available. Din Tai Fung will also be available at the Walk-Off Markets in sections 141 and 126.
Edgar’s Cantina
The T-Mobile ‘Pen’s own Northwest Latin flavors have been updated by Chef Javier. Fan favorites including selections such as tacos del barrio with chicken, pork or fried avocado, BBQ brisket quesadillas served with a grilled pineapple pico de gallo in a crisp flour tortilla, shrimp tostada, and cantina nachos smothered in shredded chicken, braised pork or sweet potato with choice of toppings will be available. New offerings in 2023 include crispy fish taquitos and shrimp quesadillas.
Holy Smoke BBQ
Chef Javier and his team have updated Holy Smoke BBQ, now located near Section 105 on the Main Level and Section 313 on the View Level, with a selection of house-smoked meats and sides including returning favorites such as the BBQ rib combo platter featuring a dry rubbed long bone rib and the smoked brisket combo platter with melt-in-your-mouth tender beef brisket smoked for 12 hours. New offerings this season include a brisket sandwich featuring the signature dry BBQ beef rib, sticky smoked wings, which are tossed in the signature sticky honey BBQ sauce and the Holy Moly Loaded Baked Potato with pulled pork, jalapeno cheese sauce drizzled crema and green onions.
Marination
Located near Section 119 on the Main Level, Marination will have a new luau plate lunch option, a sweet ginger miso chicken, alongside returning options of Kalua pork with Hawaiian-style macaroni salad, signature slaw and rice. Marination will also now serve their renowned Fresh Mango Lemonade.
Moto Pizza
Making its Seattle sports venue debut this May, West Seattle-based Moto Pizza will bring its unique and deep dish-style pizza to T-Mobile Park. Self-described as “Seattle’s Odd Pizza,” fans can dig into the creative flavor combinations from this wildly popular local restaurant, by passing the month-long wait lists to snag a slice at its current locations.
At T-Mobile Park, fans will be able to choose from four of Moto’s popular offerings including Mr. Pig, a nod to Chef Lee’s heritage and mother. This top seller is topped with pork belly from Carlton Farms prepared Filipino “Lechon” style with spicy sausage. A bright tomato sauce, Lee’s mango cilantro chimichurri and garlic banana ketchup round out the finishing touches of this house favorite. Their famous Root Pizza will be available with assorted Northwest mushrooms harvested from PNW company, Wild Foragers. The pizza is topped with tomato sauce, olives and reduced balsamic vinegar.
Additional offerings include Kissed, which is a combo of sausage and pepperoni pizza “kissed” with their spicy honey; the oddest Cheese Pizza one can find with a cheese Frico crust impossible to forget; and a Moto Pepperoni pizza which includes sourced charcuterie meats from the Ezzo Family who have many notable New York City pizza shops.
Salt & Straw
Offering handmade ice cream with local ingredients, Salt and Straw will offer classic flavors as well as rotating “Seattle” flavors. New for 2023 is Beecher’s flagship cheese with apple pie cinnamon rolls (a T-Mobile exclusive). Cinnamon rolls get the special treatment with crisp and bright apple pie filling before being crumbled throughout sweet and creamy Beecher’s Flagship Cheese ice cream with ooey gooey cinnamon swirl.
Value Menu
The popular Value Menu returns in 2023 and has been expanded to include Uncrustables, apple slices, carrots and ranch, hummus and pretzels, pepperoni sticks and ice cream sandwiches, to go along with returning favorites such as hot dogs, Coca-Cola fountain soft drinks, popcorn, nachos, and more. Value Menu locations will be marked throughout the ballpark, providing a reduced-price option for families to enjoy
