Something I have learned to be true about Washingtonians is that we appreciate and cherish the sun. When the forecast is broadcast for 70 and above we cancel everything to be out in the inviting weather. People take off work early, cities near the water become crowded, and barbeques are fired up everywhere!
Whether you have been at work staring at the sunshine from your office window or your kids are getting quite antsy and energetic at home, it’s time to get out and spend some time soaking up rays! Enjoy our city with your family or when you have guests in town with these fun FREE activities!
