Doug Bursch of Evergreen Church in Auburn joins us to talk today about God’s purpose. He has a plan and purpose for all of us. However, sometimes it is very hard to overcome our initial blundering. Doug Bursch shares a story of when he visited a hospital to provide comfort for the first time. He ran into the room saying, “How is everyone doing today?” He startled several patients before finding out one of the patients had just gotten out of surgery. “Let’s pray that he is back on his feet soon,” Doug said. Then he found out the man had just had his foot amputated. Yep. Listen to what Doug learned in this moment and hear more of his hilarious hospital visit.
