Meteorologists say waterspouts (tornadoes over water) are extremely rare in Seattle… but one appeared above Puget Sound on Wednesday near Magnolia. No one was hurt and there was no damage, thank God. Don Clapp was there capturing photos of our stormy weather and caught the waterspout on video!
