Rick Newell was working for a tech company until he got a big wake up call from God. Now, he is the founder and director of M.U.S.T. in Seattle, which stands for Mentoring Urban Students and Teens. Rick is a white man committed to connecting young black men with black college students and mentors. His successful six year mentorship program started with that wake-up call from God.
