AMEN Everett - Free Medical, Dental & Vision Clini

~~Brief description of event:
AMEN Everett Free Clinic offers medical, dental and vision services at no cost. We do not require proof of insurance, employment, income, ID, or immigration status. Everybody is entitled to services (there is limited capacity so you will want to show up early).

Services are on a first come, first serve basis. Appointments cannot be made in advance. Wristbands for admittance will be distributed the morning of each clinic day. It may be a very long day for you and/or your family, and we recommend being prepared with water, food, and warm clothing.
PLEASE TAKE ALL NORMAL MEDICATIONS. We may need to cut off registration early to make sure we provide service to everyone, so COME EARLY. Doors open at 8 AM.

We will be staffed for this free clinic with Volunteer Providers (i.e. Dentists, Hygienists, Eye Doctors, Medical Doctors, and Nurses) and General Volunteers from the local community.
