We are feeling heavy-hearted for the families in Texas whose lives will never be the same after the catastrophic flood. As we see the pictures of these precious little people on social media, I am so thankful that “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever” (Hebrews 13:8) and that heaven is our real home… “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in Me. There is more than enough room in My Father’s home. If this were not so, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you?” (John 14:1-2).
