Roman Vashchuk was here in the Northwest on a church singing tour when a life-threatening battle with Covid began. While he fought to get well in the hospital, war broke out in Roman’s home country of Ukraine. His wife Roza and their three children, Milana (10), Nathan (7), and Solomiya (20 months) left everything behind in Kyiv but one bag full of necessities… and fled to Poland. By the grace of God, the Vashchuk family reunited at SeaTac and they are once again safe and well… and together.  Roman even sang the Ukrainian National Anthem at a Kraken game and received an ocean of support!
