Summer in the Puget Sound won’t feel quite the same knowing Wild Waves is splashing through its final season. For so many of us, that park was a rite of passage — sunburned shoulders, soggy towels in the backseat, and the thrill of finally being tall enough for the “big rides.” As the community gathers to celebrate 50 years of memories, this last chapter feels both tender and joyful, a chance to relive the magic one more time before the gates close for good.
