“It’s all about being a community, and it’s all about loving on families that do this hard work… and loving on the kids who most need it.” ~Shannon Anderson, the fabulous mom who started Bikes For Foster Kids!
Everette and Shannon Anderson are foster parents in Snohomish who noticed a need in their community and simply filled it. Seven years ago, they started ” Bikes for Foster Kids” and this grassroots organization has grown every spring since!
The annual event just took place on Saturday…. in their garage! Why would a family give up their garage for a couple months every year and spend their valuable time collecting, repairing, and blessing kids with bikes? Join Shannon and Erica for a conversation that will re-inflate the tires of hope and love in your life!
