Two friends from Edmonds are border-bound to help the pets of precious refugees, fleeing Ukraine for their lives. Tana Axtelle and Dan Fine are packing up the bulletproof vests provided by the Lynnwood police department, the donated combat helmets and other armor, and preparing to do what they can for as many pets lost in the chaos of war as possible.
