Seahawks player Kam Chancellor is hanging up his cleats for good. He tweeted out, “I’ve played through all types of bruises and injuries at a high level but this is one I can’t ignore.” Doctors say the serious neck injury he suffered last season shows no healing.

A new study shows that we Americans are not washing our hands right. Apparently 97% of people get it wrong. They don’t wash them long enough and don’t use enough soap and water. They suggest washing your hands at least 20 seconds plus washing the back of your hands would help, too. (Full story)
King James is officially a Los Angeles Laker. LeBron James signed with the Lakers over the weekend with a $154 million dollar deal over 4 years. The four-time NBA Most Valuable Player has spent 15 NBA seasons playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat. (Full story)
