US hit IS with largest non-nuclear bomb ever used–U.S. forces in Afghanistan yesterday struck an Islamic State tunnel complex in eastern Afghanistan with what the Pentagon called ‘the mother of all bombs.’ The bomb was dropped on a tunnel where the Afghan affiliate of the Islamic State group has been operating. President Trump describes this as a very successful mission.
Target is recalling more than 500,000 Easter toys over ingestion concerns. Sold at Target stores nationwide from February to March. The recall involves Hatch & Grow Easter Eggs. No incidents or injuries have been reported, but you should return it to Target for a full refund. If the toy is ingested it can expand and cause intestinal obstruction and could be life threatening. Surgery is required to remove the toy from the body, if it is ingested. The recall also notes, medical professionals and parents should be aware that there is a possibility that the toys might not show up on an x-ray.
Twenty-four people had to be rescued when a roller coaster stalled at a Six Flags park in Maryland. Firefighters used one of those buckets on an extending ladder to get the riders to safety. Nobody was hurt. The same ride stalled back in 2014 and left riders stranded for five hours.
