Today, we’ll see Pluto like we’ve never seen it before. NASA’s New Horizons spacecraft, launched in 2006, is expected to be the first to fly close to the dwarf planet, breezing past the mass that’s 3 billion miles from Earth and taking new photos to transmit to scientists. Last week, the craft sent images that revealed dark polka dots and heart-shaped marks on Pluto’s surface, which baffled scientists.

A 16-year-old girl walked through the woods after a plane crash in the North Cascases for two days, until a driver spotted her at a trailhead near a rural Washington town yesterday afternoon. Plane was due in Lynden Saturday at 4 p.m.–Status of other two people unclear.
