Finding Hope in the Midst of a Storm

Yesterday, there was a terrible accident in Seattle. “ac•ci•dent - an undesirable or unfortunate happening that occurs unintentionally and usually results in harm, injury, damage or loss.” Sure, that’s the definition, but what that definition fails to answer is “Why?” Read more...

Making a difference with pocket change

Thank you! You did something special yesterday. You helped to provide the ’44-Cent Cure’ and care to nearly one-hundred-thousand 3rd world kids suffering from parasites. • Unbalanced Loads

The other night, I was spending a quiet evening relaxing alone at home, when all of sudden I heard a loud clanking noise downstairs. My first thought was “What in the world did my cats knock over that would make such a racket?!” Then I realized that the kitties were upstairs with me. They had wide eyes and cautiously crept into the hallway to peer through the banister railings to investigate what was making such a clatter.
