Woofstock Annual Pet Adoption and Music Festival

Woofstock 2014 is a day of FREE outdoor fun and music. Bring the whole family and enjoy the following: pet related merchants with services, goods and toys; organizations and groups with information on services available for pets in Washington; family friendly entertainment including music from great musicians around the South Sound.

 This year’s musical line-up is eclectic and playful, with artists PK Dwyer, Champagne Sunday, The Tenants and Jeff Ross & Jessie Abbott providing a mix of street busking blues, indie, folk, and alternative folk.  All of the musicians are local to the South Sound and give their time to help find homes for as many homeless animals as we can.

 Licensed, leashed, vaccinated and well-behaved pets are welcome. Please, no retractable leashes.

    Did you have the chance to watch Monday night’s episode of “Running Wild with Bear Grylls”.  Bear is a survivalist/adventurer and on the show he takes a celebrity on a challenging two day quest through the wild outdoors.

    Monday night’s show featured NFL superstar Deion Sanders, being tested physically and mentally in the Utah desert. During a campfire chat, Bear got personal with Deion, asking how he felt after winning the Super Bowl. His answer was surprising. Read More
