The Freedom Walk

2702 E D St, Tacoma
Saturday, July 20, 2013

GP will be hosting our second Freedom Walk on July 20, 2013 to raise awareness about the realities of human trafficking in Washington State. The Freedom Walk is a fundraising event to raise money and awareness about the issue of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking in the greater Puget Sound region. Currently there are approximately 500 underage girls and boys being sold for sex in the King County at any given time. This Freedom Walk raises funds to support Genesis Project, a drop-in center in SeaTac, WA. The Genesis Project works with local law enforcement to help victims who are rescued from their lives on the streets. With the funds received, we plan on securing a long-term housing option to offer normal living conditions in a loving environment. As you participate in the Freedom Walk, you can help these young girls turn their lives around and pursue their own dreams. Please visit!

Event Admission Fee (if any): $25.00
