Creation Seminar, with Dr. Joe Galusha, Biology Professor and Vice President for Graduate Studies at Walla Walla University, Saturday, March 9 at 11:00 am, and 2:00 pm followed by a Q & A time. Galusha intends to affirm the fact that God created the world in 7 days a few thousand years ago. We will look at references from Genesis 1 & 2 and Psalms. For the afternoon meetings we will look at the assumptions of the creation and evolution theories and why time matters to them both. Then we will view some of the earliest animal fossils as preserved in the Burgess Shale. We will see an amazing complexity of life from its earliest presence in the geologic column.
