WSU Island County Beach Watchers present the 18th annual "Sound Waters 2013," a one-day "university" for everyone, featuring more than 60 classes and presentations about the natural world and fragile environment of the Puget Sound region.  This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Cliff Mass addressing "Global Warming's Impacts on the Pacific Northwest: Separating Facts from Hype."
