Grieving a death can be especially painful during the holidays. But there's hope. The public is invited to attend a special 2-hour seminar to help individuals discover ways to not only cope but to once again enjoy this time of year. Pre-registration is recommended. The format consists of video interviews with grief experts and "real" people who have lost a loved one. A discussion follows and everyone walks away with a workbook containing more insights and ideas for holiday survival.
