Ever have a day of level 10 reactions to level 2 situations? I kinda live in that space. What do you meaaaan you can’t find your shoes!?! Where are my keeeeeys???

Perspective often squelches my overreactions. For example, my cousin Allison and her husband recently sold their home and moved to Haiti.  Allison works at a clinic with very sick children. She said last week as she went to bed, she saw 40 people sleeping outside the clinic just to make sure they got seen the next morning.

Today my focus is slowing down enough to see what really demands my time, energy, and effort.
