Ever Been To Boise?

Want to freshen up your life a little?

Every month do something you’ve never done before. It can be anything, which leaves plenty of room for fun & creativity.

Sometimes Kathy and I will do something that one of us has done, but the other hasn’t yet.  So, once she took me to San Diego, and now I’m taking her to Boise. Don’t make a judgment on who got the better deal. Our brief road trip should capture some fall colors, plus sharing time & coffee with old friends… OK, my old friends, but she’s good with that.

Whether you plan on it or not... life is an adventure. You might as well make some of the decisions on how it’s going to play out.

    I love your comments Larry! Sharing experiences and activities with our spouses is so important. it provides some of the glue needed when other things try to pull us apart.

    Larry,
    I grew up in Boise and lived there most of my life. It is an amazing community, not a big city, but with all the amentities. It is situated along the Boise River so be sure to check out the greenbelt.
    Boise does experience all 4 seasons albeit they may get out of sequence:)
    Whenever I am traveling the roads in the Puget Sound, I miss Boise!
    You will love the people. GO BRONCOS!
    You have to check out ;

      @HArvA Thanks for the tip, Harv. I did some radio in Boise in the 80's and hope I can still find my way around.

    A lot of people think that when you "go on vacation", it's going to be a popular or exotic destination & they get excited just talking about it. Then when you say "its just somewhere local", they act disappointed or deflated. But inside you're thinking "I can hardly wait - it's going to be wonderful!" You don't have to go all out exotic for a break. And then, of course, it's the person(s) who you'll be sharing with that makes it more memorable. Have a great time in Boise, Larry
