Have A Perfect Christmas When Life Isn't Perfect

We all do it, we dream of the perfect Christmas. We dream of families gathering around the table for a delicious meal with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts. We dream of loads of gifts under the tree and having each member of the family present to open their ideal gift. We think about how grateful all of our children everyone will be and how filled with joy. Read more...

For the Hurting

Do you share the story of Christ at Christmas time? Do you try to create opportunities for that conversation to happen? I grow a little more serious during the Holiday Season. I am ever aware that as the lights flicker and dance in the cool of the night and families frolic to the gift stores and spend feverishly trying to create that “perfect” Christmas, there are others that stand by and watch with broken hearts, broken lives and broken pocket books. Remember a Child This Christmas Season with Angel Tree

You can help change the life of a prisoner’s child FOREVER. Every child has a story. For 2.7 million American children, that story is filled with the abandonment, loneliness and shame that come from having a mom or dad in prison. For many, it may also include following their parents down the same destructive road to incarceration. Angel Tree, a program of Prison Fellowship, reaches out to the children of inmates and their families with the love of Christ. This unique program gives your church an opportunity to share Christ’s love by helping to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the families of prisoners. Read more...

God Has Got My Back Printable

I can be a little radical sometimes about certain things and Thanksgiving is one of those things.  I love to celebrate Thanksgiving, it’s one of my most favorite holidays, but I’m a radical proponent of having a thankful heart and giving thanks 24/7 ~ 365 days a year. Read more...
