How is the fast track to fitness helping you meet your fitness goals?


Day 1

100 high knees

10 jack/chest pushups

Repeat


Day 2

100 high knees

50 mountain climbers(knee straight forward)

REST

50 mountain climbers (knee to opposite elbow)

REPEAT


Day 3

100 high knees

Hold plank 1 minute (split in incremends if needed)

50 squats (jump squat if you can!)

Repeat


Day 4

100 high knees

10 jack/chest pushups

50 mountain climbers (your choice of straight or knee to opposite elbow)

Repeat


Day 5

125 high knees

Hold plank 1 minute (split in increments if needed)

50 squats (jump squat if you can!)

Repeat


Day 6

125 high knees

10 jack/chest pushups

Hold plank 1 minute (split in incremends if needed)

Repeat


Day 7

150 high knees

50 mountain climbers (your choice of straight or knee to opposite elbow)

Hold plank 1 minute (split in increments if needed)

50 squats (jump if you can)

Repeat
