Fast Track to Fitness: 30 Day Challenge

Here it is! The 30 day challenge! After 30 days, you will be stronger and fitter. This challenge is for everyone. Modify by doing the pushups on your knees or up the intensity by doing them on your toes and turning the squats into jumping squats. There is a level suitable for everyone! Even do them in sets of 5 to make the numbers more manageable! YOU can do this and I'll be doing it right along with you!

    The above table is really a nice one. If you could have added some images of those exercises it would have been wonderful.
