1 Second Everyday - App Review

Do you ever feel like you get more forgetful the more kids you have, the older you get, the more life gets busy?

As a working mom of two small children, I have a mix of emotions every single day. In one moment I feel defeated, tired and overwhelmed and then two seconds later feel like my heart will burst when my son hugs his baby sister. How am I supposed to capture and remember all these moments? If you are like me, sometimes you look back at pictures and you wonder how the saying is so true that days are long but years are short. These kids grow so quickly. The bigger my kids get the more I seem to forget.

One of my new obsessions is an app called 1 Second Everyday (1SE). Record something every day on your phone and then put one second of that into this app each day (or each week or whenever you find the time to load them in). It is the most wonderful thing to have to look back on. Despite setting reminders on my phone to record something every day, I forget at least once a week. But I get at least a few in there a week to properly capture life as it currently is. The app does accept pictures too for days you don’t have anything recorded.

Some of my most cherished seconds are my daughter being born, birthday memories and funny things like a recording of my husband jumping into Lake Washington during a wedding reception. It’s amazing how even just one second can spark my memory to remember things I think I would have otherwise forgotten.

We have 20 app codes for this app so you can ENTER TO WIN and get it free.
