1. One entry per person; participants and winners must be U.S. residents, and will need to provide personal contact information.

2. Employees and immediate family members of SPIRIT 105.3/KCIS Radio and CRISTA Ministries’ employees and contest participating sponsors and agents are not eligible to enter.

3. SPIRIT 105.3, CRISTA Broadcasting and the contest sponsors reserve the right to exclusively use the entrants’ and winner’s names and photos for contest promotion without consideration. CRISTA and SPIRIT 105.3 will not sell participant information for additional advertising or marketing purposes.

4. No purchase necessary. Purchase does not increase odds of winning.

5. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct and eligible contest participants/entries.

6. Prize amounts and value will vary. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or other merchandise. Prize is not transferable unless approved by SPIRIT 105.3.

7. Prizes will be mailed to contest winner unless otherwise decided upon by SPIRIT 105.3

8. Winners are responsible for all taxes, fees, and similar payments if applicable. Any person winning over $600 in prizes will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.

9. By participating, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against SPIRIT 105.3 and its employees, agents, and contest sponsors for any personal injury or loss which may occur from conduct of or participation in the contest or use of any prize.

10. Qualified entrants must be at least 12 years old.

11. SPIRIT 105.3 reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
