“My friend Sharen is best described as a ‘human sparkler’ who consistently projects the joy of the Lord. She spreads contagious encouragement to all she comes into contact with. Sharen sings is the worship band at Canyon Creek Church. Regardless if she is on the stage or in the congregation, to watch her give herself fully to worship is a thing of beauty to behold. From her outward appearance, one could not begin to know the difficult circumstances she has dealt with this past year. Sharen was out of work earlier this year. She eventually landed a great contract position that she loved, and the company seemed to love her. However, the contract ended on November 30th due to budget constraints. She is once again searching for a new job and barely scraping by this holiday season, but fully trusting that God will provide.
Moreover, Sharen’s younger brother (11 months apart in age and very close) passed away this year. He lived in St. Louis with their 90 year old Mother and was the primary person to look after Mom. Sharen does all she can to keep her Mom’s spirits up via phone calls, but it has been difficult.”
It is an honor to reunite Sharen with her family for Christmas. An incredible woman with a story and heart for the Lord. Merry Christmas Pamela & Sharen!
