A major manufacturer of airbags used on cars in the U.S. and throughout the world filed for bankruptcy today. The company, Takata, continues to navigate the largest recall in U.S. history to fix a defect blamed for lives lost worldwide. These airbags are in about a quarter of all vehicles on the road.

A teen was sliding down Aasgard Pass earlier this month when he vanished into a hole that was deep beneath the snowpack. A team just recovered the body of 19-year-old, Benjamin Gore. Aasgard Pass is not a good way to go (except for extremely elite athletes–and that is 2% of everyone who goes up there at most) and certainly not one to glissade on! The other route is tedious, but safe & plenty of exercise (most people don’t make it), go that way!
