Dear friends, I hope you have had time in the week to ponder the fact that we are in the thick of holy week. I’ve been sick all week with a sinus cold and trying to work, take care of two kids and do life. I’m not sure how successful I’ve been, but I can tell you it’s been hard to really let my head and heart truly contemplate the gift of Easter, the hope we have, the life we’ve been given. Are you in the same boat? You know in your head the amazing event that Easter is, that holy week is, but your heart is struggling a bit to catch up. You are in luck! I have some things just for you that can help your heart start catching up.
Will it happen overnight? Probably not, friends. Life isn’t really like that. But, I can tell you this. The hope of Easter doesn’t stop at Easter. It starts at Easter. We have this hope all year long. So, start today. Pause. Align your heart with your head. Let yourself process, adore, rest in and know Jesus. He is waiting for you.
Here are a few things to get you started.
