Today my son came home from Kindergarten and said in a very sweet, emphatic voice, ‘Someday I will GET TO VOTE!’ He was thrilled and the joy filled his eyes. It was a good reminder for me of the true privilege and honor it really is to be able to vote. And, I should approach it with gratitude and joy!
Let’s all look on this season as something we can truly be grateful for, especially on the days we feel anything but grateful. Take the opportunity to cast your vote! Do they still give out little ‘I voted’ stickers? Here is one you can use!
Check out these voter resources in case you need to know where you can drop off your ballot. Election day is November 8th!

And, as always, God is on his throne. Let’s join together and pray for our nation. Will you #PrayWithUs?
Heavenly father, we know you are on your throne. Help us to choose gratefulness this election season. Help us to see that what we have is a gift. Lord, guide us and give us wisdom. Wrap this country in your arms and pave the way back to you. Amen.
